In today’s time, the best medical technology has been invented in the world, scientists can detect many diseases early and can treat them soon. But despite having such good modern medical technology, you are bound to get some diseases. Instead of getting modern medicine for every problem, make changes in your lifestyle. 


2% prevention is better than 100% cure in life. By adopting some habits, we can improve our lives and keep our health good.  

  



1.   Exercise Regularly  

  

Earlier people did not need an alarm to get up in the morning. But now people do not get up even after the alarm sounded, due to getting up late people have a lack of time due to which they do not exercise.  

  

Exercising in the morning keeps our body healthy so that we do not feel tired quickly. Benefits of exercising Not being tired, overworking, strengthening immunity, avoiding anemia.


  

  

2.   Good Sleep   

  

Sleeping in the right way is very important for the body, some people do not sleep even after getting sleep, they are more prone to diseases, sleep is such a signal that tells that our body cannot work anymore.  

The night is considered the best time to sleep.  


 Some people sleep during the day and stay awake at night or do not sleep till late night like students study till late night, most of the party happens at night.  


 Doctors believe that this kind of unnatural living is the cause of diseases in the body.  

 Getting good sleep is very important for a good health  

  

 



3.   Good food at the right time    


Food is very important for survival, but for a good life, it is also very important to eat good food and eat at on right time.  


 There should be a timetable for eating food, breakfast on time, lunch on time, and dinner on time.  


 In today's busy life, not eating on time gives rise to many diseases like acidity, obesity, indigestion.  


 Some people keep eating food all the time for the sake of taste which is not good. Eat food only when you are hungry, if you are not feeling hungry then you should wait for a little, you can also skip one meal a day.  




 Good food is that which contains the right amount of protein carbohydrates vitamins minerals fibers fat etc.  

  



  

 4.   Regular fasting

  

 If a person works 365 days, then he will complain, so everyone needs rest.  

 Similarly, our digestive organs also need some rest, which people often do not think about.  


 By fasting, our digestive organs take rest for some time, after which those organs are able to function well. Any healthy person can go without food for one or two days in a month.  


 By fasting, the waste products of our body are also eliminated and our health improves.  

 Fasting is said to be a kind of yoga that can be done by everyone.  

  

 



5.  Washing with cold water 

  

 Washing your sensory organ with cold water helps to reduce stress, and washing before bed is helpful in good sleep; also good for your skin   

  

 


 

6.   Waking up early  


 Waking up early in the morning is considered very good for health. There is an old proverb saying that “Early to bed, early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise.”  You must have heard that for all the people who are rich, most people get up early in the morning.  


 Waking up early in the morning improves your life, not only your health but also your behavior.

    Safe Sex is another important issue in today’s world, our youngsters take it this issue lightly. Safe sex prevents us from sexually transmitted diseases and HIV infections. Prevention is better than cure and prevention is very simple is the use of condoms.

 Regular check-ups must be done, it helps in detecting any kind of disease; their treatment is possible before diseases occur.  

 We must visit the doctor once a month for regular check-ups.  

  

  

  

  • Use only prescribed Antibiotics   

 Antibiotics work to eliminate bacteria and viruses from our body, but if they are overused, antibiotics lose their potency, making bacterial infections difficult to treat and increase treatment costs which leads to an increase in mortality. It is one of the major health hazards, so use antibiotics only after a doctor's prescription.

More than 300 million people around the world suffer from depression, depression is a disease in which people feel lonely, hopeless, angry, troubled, and have negative thoughts, which they do not want to share with anyone and keep getting disturbed from within.
